General Policies

· No refunds.

· All Private and Group Lessons must be paid in full prior to being taught.

· Group Courses are not transferrable from one month to another.

· Bounced check fee is $25.

Group Lesson Policies

· There are no Make-up lessons.

· A course of less than eight students may be cancelled or postponed.

· Group classes and instructors are subject to change.

· Any add or drop-in changes must be done within the first week of a series.

· A $5 Registration Fee is added to group class prices if student has been at Daza for at least one month and is registering the same week or later of that cycle.

· Students may not enter a class the third week of a course cycle, whether or not on an unlimited program. (Exception: Popular 8)

· Higher level classes require the Dance Director’s or instructor's permission.

Private Lessons Policies

· A 24-hour notice of cancellation is required for any private lesson or the lesson will be charged in full.

· All private lessons are 45 minutes long and by appointment only.

· Private Lesson means individual attention from an instructor. A private ballroom is not guaranteed.

· It is recommended to book the private lesson at least one week in advance in order to secure your desired day and time.

· Every lesson must be paid for in ADVANCE.

· When you arrive for your lesson, please sign-in at the front desk first.

· Students on a package of 5 or more lessons may schedule a Standing Lesson. A Standing Lesson means the same day and time with an instructor every week.

· Private lessons expire a year from purchase.

· No Refunds.
